All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for our products. If you have any questions or problems with our products, please contact us. We want our customers to be satisfied, the only way we can achieve this is through feedback. 

We will use USPS to ship our products, their shipping takes 1-3 business days. All products are made as ordered, if not already on hand. Therefore, any full bars, candles, or wax melts will take 7-10 days to create on top of shipping.

All Candles & Wax Melts are made with Natural GW 464 Soy Wax, and fragrances/essential oils.  Since we use natural soy wax, our candles & wax melts are subject to frosting. Frosting is not a bad thing, it just tells you your candle was made with natural products. Frosting happens with temperature changes, keeping candles away from heaters and windows will help limit frosting. 

Another way to make sure your add on is the right color is to email our team, (immortal.love2022@gmail.com), a solid color picture of the color you want, along with your name and order number. We will then do our best to match it.
